Our *Sales & Management Trainee (MT)* program is designed as a structured entry point into professional sales, giving you the skills, coaching, and experience needed to grow into a full sales role within 6-12 months. *About the Role:* The Management Trainee role functions as a *Business Development Representative (BDR) *focused on generating new business opportunities. You'll work at the front end of the sales cycle-identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. *Location: *Reading, PA (Onsite) *Schedule*: Monday - Friday, 8:30* *AM - 5:00 PM *Pay Rate*: $20/HR (To Start) Successful trainees typically move into a sales position with a *significant salary increase* and full ownership of the customer lifecycle *Training & Development* We invest heavily in your growth. The MT program includes: * A *threeweek onboarding program* * Sidebyside coaching with supervisors * Daily structure, call scripting, and realtime feedback * A defined pathway to transition into a full sales role within 6-12 months *Career Growth* * *Comprehensive training* to build foundational sales skills * *Clear promotion pathways* into full sales roles *Compensation & Benefits* * Competitive base salary * Performancebased bonuses * Monthly commissions & Annual bonuses * Highly structured environment with daily guidance, coaching, and support * Varied daily activities-no endless coldcalling *Key Responsibilities* * Engage in *customer acquisition*, appointment setting, and factfinding conversations * Qualify inbound and outbound leads to support the sales pipeline * Follow up on *email marketing engagement*, especially during Q1 campaigns * Call existing CRM contacts, warm leads, and prequalified prospects * Conduct short, targeted coldcalling campaigns * Create sales opportunities-*not* close deals * Collaborate closely with supervisors during structured training and daily coaching *Preferred Qualifications* * Bachelor's Degree is required * Previous sales experience *highly desired* * Strong communication skills * Coachable, motivated, and eager to grow *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reading, PA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
