Job Title: Member Service RepresentativeJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative to join our team in a 24/7 high-volume, structured contact center. You will respond to inquiries and requests from members, providing information about our products and services. Your role involves performing transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts. You will also advise members on additional products and services that may meet their needs, ensuring an optimal member experience and outstanding customer service. Responsibilities * Respond to member inquiries and requests in a structured contact center environment. * Provide information regarding products and services with active listening and adaptability. * Perform transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts. * Advise members on additional products and services that may be beneficial. * Ensure a positive member interaction through engagement methods and multiple system adaptability. Essential Skills * Proven customer service experience. * Proficient in data entry. * Experience handling inbound and outbound calls. * Familiarity with call center operations. * Ability to comply with policies in a high-volume, structured environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience in a call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist, banking/mortgage, professional, or high-volume retail environment. Work EnvironmentThis is a remote opportunity requiring candidates to live within 60 miles of Virginia Beach, VA. Our Contact Center operates 24/7/365, providing flexibility in shift schedules. While shifts are flexible, they require a 9.5-hour availability window to accommodate a one-hour variation in start and end times. You will be taking back-to-back calls during your shift, with scheduled breaks for meals and rest. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Richland Hills, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
