*Job Title: Member Service Representative (Dallas) - Contact Center**Job Description*Join a dynamic and structured 24/7 contact center operation where you will respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals. Your role involves providing information regarding our products and services with a focus on delivering an optimal member experience through active listening, adaptability to multiple systems, and engagement methods. You will perform transactions related to savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts, while advising members on additional products and services that may suit their needs.
*Responsibilities* * Respond to inquiries and requests in a high-volume contact center. * Provide information about products and services. * Demonstrate knowledge and active listening skills. * Adapt to multiple systems and engagement methods. * Perform transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts. * Advise members on additional products and services. * Ensure optimal member experience and customer service. *Essential Skills* * Customer service expertise. * Proficiency in data entry. * Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls. * Call center operations. * Compliance with policies. * Ability to work in a structured, high-volume environment. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Experience in call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist roles. * Background in banking/mortgage or professional high-volume retail environments. *Why Work Here?*Be a part of the largest credit union in the world, serving the financial needs of military personnel and their families globally. Shifts are flexible, with start and end times varying within a one-hour window, and you will be handling back-to-back phone calls for the majority of your shift. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Richland Hills, TX. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
