Job Title: Member Service Representative (Remote)Job DescriptionAs a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. You will provide information regarding products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, adaptability to multiple systems, and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. You will also perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts, while advising members of additional products and services that may suit their needs. Responsibilities * Respond to member inquiries and requests in a high-volume contact center. * Provide information on products and services with knowledge and active listening. * Perform transactions for savings, checking, loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts. * Advise members on additional products and services. * Engage with members to ensure a positive experience. Essential Skills * Customer service experience. * Data entry proficiency. * Inbound and outbound call handling. * Adaptability to a structured environment. * Compliance with policies. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience in call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist, banking/mortgage, professional, or high-volume retail environments. Work EnvironmentThese are remote opportunities, and candidates must reside within 60 miles of Suite 250, Virginia Beach, VA. The contact center operates 24/7/365, offering flexible shifts to accommodate work-life balance. You will be taking back-to-back phone calls for the majority of your shift, with scheduled breaks and meals. Flexibility is required as start and end times can vary within a one-hour window. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Richland Hills, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
