Leonardo DRS Land Systems Logistics team is seeking a full time Project Manager level I for our Bridgeton, MO facility. As a Project Manager level I at Leonardo DRS Land Systems, you will be an individual contributor responsible for leading all of the Defense Logistics and Field service teams needs related to CONUS (Contiguous United States) and OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States) travel assignments, supporting the team members from the point of planning during pre-deployment, while they are deployed, through their return home. As a Project Manager, you will serve as an interface between the Defense Logistics and Field service (Management and individuals) and others, including Program Management, Trade Compliance, Project Engineering, Contracts, Finance and Human Resources, our suppliers, vendors, and our DOD (Department of Defense) customers. Responsibilities require input and support from multiple internal and external functions and organizations including our customers and suppliers and will require an individual to act independently on multiple programs at different phases of their life cycle concurrently. Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment. The salary range for this position is $93,121.00/year- $125,713.00/year for the state of Illinois. This range reflects the good faith estimate of pay the employer is willing to offer at the time of posting. Several factors can influence the pay scale, including but not limited to: Federal contract labor categories and contract wage rates, collective bargaining agreements, geographic location, business considerations, scope, and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity. Other factors include the candidate's qualifications such as prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education/training, and certifications. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for: annual performance-based bonuses, equity awards, and overtime pay (for non-exempt employees as applicable.
