Description Key projects include: * Support scaling external research calls-for-proposals/grant making programs * Coordinate with award recipients to collect and disseminate project information to stakeholders and management * Coordinate workflows including payments and legal contacts * Drive organization of data and research proposals across the ARI's to support the launch of two new ARI initiatives - a CRM with custom proposal management and collection of ARA funded research outcomes * Support CRM (Salesforce) build, onboarding, and data migration * Leverage data analytics skills to organize data, support metrics reporting and influence the build of team dashboards * Coordinate collection of research insights and outcomes * Continuously improve research program processes to make them more solid and efficient * Contribute to the academic outreach efforts across ARI programs internally and externally Why is the position open? This role is critical to supporting a significant new project - the build and implementation of a Salesforce CRM. Additionally, this position will work to continuously improve research program processes to make them more solid and efficient. Daily schedule: 3 days a week in the office - flexibility on which days. 9am -5pm ET or 10am-6pm ET would be standard hours. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
