Overview A global enterprise social media technology company is seeking a Financial Analyst consultant to support its Collaboration & Enterprise Solutions organization. This role serves as the operational backbone for financial tracking, vendor management, and endtoend POtoPay processes, ensuring budget accuracy and preventing spend leakage across the organization. Key Responsibilities * Maintain financial tracking dashboards (budget vs. actuals, burndown, variances) * Own endtoend POtoPay workflows, including PO creation, invoice tracking, reconciliation, and payments * Monitor funding levels and prevent PO depletion * Serve as the finance operations point of contact for FP&A, S2P, vendor management, leadership, and external vendors * Support monthend close by identifying accruals, cost variances, and PO status updates * Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls Qualifications Required * 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or finance operations * Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency * Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals (AP/AR, general ledger) * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) * Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills Preferred * Experience in large corporate or technology environments * Exposure to procurement, CapEx, or supplychaindriven finance * Familiarity with Anaplan, Airtable, or AppSheet * Demonstrated integrity, adaptability, and collaborative mindset Skills * Financial Operations * Data Analysis * Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) * Financial Reporting * Excel Analysis * Google Sheets * POtoPay * Vendor Management * Budget Tracking * Project Management Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Fremont, CA.
