The Opportunity

Join the Data Cloud revolution at Snowflake. As we continue to scale one of the most sophisticated campaign engines in B2B, we are looking for a Senior Manager, Campaign Operations - Americas to lead campaign operations for the U.S. and Latin America, playing a critical role in powering Snowflake's most visible, integrated marketing initiatives.

In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you will lead a team of 2, working directly with Integrated Campaigns, Web, Field Marketing, Strategic Events, and our agency resources to deliver campaigns at scale with speed and precision. Importantly, you will help define how we bring AI, automation and cutting-edge technologies into our workflows.

This role is for someone who thinks big, challenges legacy processes, and builds what's next.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead Campaign Operations for the Americas

  • Own end-to-end campaign operations for integrated campaigns, ensuring flawless execution across digital, email, nurture, web, and event-driven programs.

  • Serve as the primary operational partner to AMS Integrated Campaigns, Web, Field Marketing, ABM and Strategic Events teams.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to marketing leadership, providing clear guidance on feasibility, timing, risk, and scale.

Drive Execution Excellence at Scale

  • Orchestrate complex, multi-channel campaign launches from intake through deployment, ensuring speed, accuracy, and compliance.

  • Govern technical execution across the MarTech stack (MAP, CRM, data flows), ensuring precise audience segmentation, personalization, and attribution.

  • Own and continuously improve QA standards to ensure every campaign launches error-free, on-brand, and fully measurable.

Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team

  • Manage and mentor a team of two campaign operations professionals, setting clear expectations, coaching for growth, and raising the bar on execution quality.

  • Establish operating rhythms, prioritization frameworks, and capacity planning to support a high-volume campaign environment.

  • Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Innovate Through AI, Automation, and Process Design

  • Identify opportunities to bring AI and automation into campaign workflows to improve speed, scalability, and accuracy.

  • Rethink how campaign operations are done, challenging assumptions and designing new ways of working as the business scales.

  • Partner with your marketing ops peers, GTM engineer, data and analytics counterparts, enterprise technology and systems teams to pilot and scale new capabilities.

Partner with Agency Resources to Accelerate Delivery

  • Manage and collaborate with agency partners to extend execution capacity, improve turnaround times, and ensure quality standards are met.

  • Define clear handoffs, playbooks, and QA expectations to maximize agency effectiveness while maintaining internal control.

Build Scalable Campaign Infrastructure

  • Design and maintain campaign playbooks, SOPs, intake models, and governance frameworks that enable consistency across the Americas.

  • Balance global standards with regional execution needs, ensuring teams can move fast without sacrificing quality or compliance.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in Campaign Operations, Marketing Operations, or Demand Generation within a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environment.

  • Hands-on expertise with a leading Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo preferred) and Salesforce, with a strong understanding of campaign architecture and lead flow.

  • Proven people leadership experience, including managing and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • A builder mindset with a track record of improving or redesigning campaign workflows, not just running them.

  • Strong partnership skills. You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external agencies.

  • A passion for innovation, automation, and using technology to unlock new levels of efficiency and scale.

  • Exceptional attention to detail paired with the ability to think strategically about how systems and processes evolve over time.
