Customer Experience Agent (Hybrid - Phoenix, AZ) Location: Must reside within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ Workplace Type: Hybrid (remote + in-person meetings in Tempe) Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Open availability required (Mon-Sun, 5:00 AM-11:30 PM PST) About the Role We are seeking a Customer Experience Agent to support one of the fastest-growing online commerce and livestream marketplace platforms. As the first point of contact for buyers and sellers, you'll deliver exceptional email-based customer support, resolve inquiries with empathy, and help shape the customer journey on a rapidly scaling platform. What You'll Do * Manage and resolve customer inquiries through email support (50-80 tickets/day). * Support buyers and sellers with issues related to payments, orders, shipments, and account questions. * Use Zendesk (or similar CRM tools) to organize, prioritize, and respond to tickets efficiently. * Follow established SOPs while applying critical thinking to unique situations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve complex issues. * Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to reduce repeat contacts. * Become an expert in platform products, features, and policies. Must-Have Qualifications * 2+ years of customer support experience (email or chat required). * Strong written communication and customer-first mentality. * Excellent time management and attention to detail. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. * Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset. * Availability for weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts. * Must reside within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ for hybrid requirements.
