Overview We are seeking a Summer Hiring Support Specialist to support a large-scale hiring initiative for a local education-focused program. This role ensures a smooth, timely, and positive hiring process for applicants who want to work in summer learning programs across the district. You'll review applications, communicate with candidates, and follow structured hiring guidelines to help ensure summer sites are staffed with qualified, prepared professionals. This position is fully on-site and ideal for someone who enjoys high-volume recruiting support, organization, and delivering an excellent candidate experience. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
