Description The Summer Hiring Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring a smooth, timely, and positive hiring process for staff applying to work in MNPS's Promising Scholars summer learning program. This role involves reviewing applications, communicating with candidates, and processing hiring steps according to clear guidelines and selection criteria provided by program staff. The specialist is essential to creating a high-quality applicant experience and ensuring that summer school sites are staffed with qualified, prepared professionals. The retention bonus is paid out as a completion bonus at the end of the engagement for those who remain through the entire project and successfully complete the contract.
