We are seeking a motivated, empathetic, and solutions-oriented Senior Customer Service Representative to support hospital customers and field sales representatives. This role goes beyond traditional customer service and requires strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and the ability to manage high-volume, complex requests that directly support life-saving products. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary contact for hospital customers and sales representatives * Track and process orders, returns, and service requests with accuracy * Manage a highvolume shared inbox and daily inquiries * Communicate order status, backorders, and issue resolutions proactively * Troubleshoot complex issues using critical thinking and rootcause analysis * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and crossfunctional teams * Maintain accurate documentation using ERP and CRM systems Required Qualifications * Minimum 4 years of customer service experience (hospitality, serviceoriented, or call center experience acceptable) * Strong empathy, communication, and analytical skills * Demonstrated ability to problemsolve and take initiative * ERP experience required * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel * Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus * Ability to manage high volume and prioritize effectively * Degree preferred but not required Work Environment * Onsite in Irvine at least 3 days per week (some flexibility available) * Training schedule: Monday-Wednesday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM * Posttraining schedule: 6:30 AM-3:00 PM (after approximately 3-6 months) * Must be local to the area Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Irvine, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
