Permit Coordinator - Supporting Projects in Pennsylvania (Remote) Contract Duration: ~6 months Location: 100% Remote Industry: Telecommunications / Fiber Infrastructure Overview Our client is seeking an organized and detaildriven Permit Coordinator to support two active fiber network projects in Pennsylvania. This is a 6month contract role focused on managing permit tracking, redlines, and internal submittal processing. An outside partner is already handling permit submissions, so this role centers on coordination and quality control. Key Responsibilities * Track and manage permit redlines for ongoing fiber projects in Pennsylvania * Process and route internal permit submittals for approval * Coordinate with external permitting vendors and internal project teams * Update internal systems, logs, and project trackers to reflect permit status * Ensure permit documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time * Communicate with engineering, construction, and project management teams on permit progress * Support two active projects currently underway Required Skills & Experience * Experience with permitting workflows in telecom, utilities, construction, or related fields * Strong organizational and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple submittals and track detailed documentation * Comfort working in a fastpaced project environment * Experience with the PennDOT portal is highly preferred * Proficiency with standard office and document management tools * Ability to work independently in a fully remote role Additional Details * 100% Remote * Supporting Pennsylvania-based projects * Approximate duration: 6 months * Will collaborate with external permitting resources Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
