*Job Title:* Remote Customer Service Representative (Healthcare Outreach)
*Location:* Remote - PST or MST candidates only *Employment Type:* Contract (with potential to convert to permanent based on performance and attendance) *Schedule:* Monday-Friday | 8:00-4:30 PST *Pay Rate:* $18.75 + *$500 Start Incentive* *Position Overview* We are seeking Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to support a high-visibility, white-glove Health Management outreach program. In this role, you will proactively contact members identified through an internal audit as eligible for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) visit. The mission is straightforward yet meaningful: *schedule as many members as possible with an NP during Q2.* *This position is fully remote and focuses on delivering outstanding, patient-centered service through consultative outbound calls. Strong communication skills, reliability, and professionalism are essential.* *Key Responsibilities* * Conduct outbound calls to members using provided scripts * Engage in high-quality, empathetic conversations to schedule NP appointments * Update member records and appointment details accurately * Provide white-glove service while maintaining program quality standards * Meet performance and scheduling metrics as directed * Maintain confidentiality of member information in compliance with HIPAA * Coordinate with internal teams when member issues require escalation *Required Skills & Qualifications* * Previous CSR or contact center experience (healthcare experience preferred but *not required*) * Comfortable with outbound calling and script adherence * Experience with appointment scheduling, member outreach, or care coordination * Strong verbal communication and customer service skills * Empathetic, patient, and able to build rapport quickly * Metrics-driven with strong reliability and time management * Tech-savvy and comfortable working remotely with provided platforms * Must reside in a *PST or MST timezone* *Why Consider This Opportunity?* * *100% Remote* work * *$500 Start Incentive* * *Purpose-driven role helping members access essential healthcare services* * *Not a sales or collections role-strictly outreach and scheduling* * *High visibility program with the opportunity to convert to permanent employment* * *Supportive environment focused on quality rather than high call volume* *Job Type & Location* This is a *remote, contract* position available to candidates located in *PST or MST* regions. *Pay and Benefits* This position offers a competitive hourly rate of *$18.75*, plus a *$500 start incentive*.
