Location: San Antonio, TX 78229 (Onsite 90 days Remote) Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Start Date: March 30, 2026 Pay: $17.75/hr Overview Join our Viewer Experience team as a Streaming Support Specialist, assisting customers with account, billing, content, and navigation questions for major streaming platforms. You'll handle phone and chat inquiries in a fast-paced environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities * Support viewers with account issues, billing questions, streaming/content inquiries, and basic site navigation. * Recommend suitable streaming products during interactions. * Navigate multiple systems and document all interactions accurately. * Manage back-to-back calls/chats in a high-volume environment. Schedule * Training (Weeks 1-4): Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM * Nesting (Weeks 5-12): Mon-Fri, approx. 12 PM-9 PM * Production: Center hours 6 AM-10 PM; later shifts expected + one weekend day * Attendance during training is mandatory. Work Environment * First 90 days: Fully onsite at 4511 Horizon Hill Blvd, San Antonio, TX 78229 * After 90 days: Remote if performance metrics and home workspace requirements are met (quiet space, hardwired internet 50/25 Mbps+, live within 15-30 miles). * Equipment provided. Qualifications * High school diploma/GED * 1+ year of customer service (call center preferred) * Strong communication, typing, and navigation skills * Proficiency with Windows, Excel, Word, Google Docs * Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle high contact volume * Reliable transportation for onsite work Requirements * Call Center Telephone Skills Assessment * Background check * Rehireeligible if previously with Disney/Hulu * No drug test required Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX 78229.
