THIS IS AN ON SITE POSITION - MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING ON SITE AS THERE IS NO OPPORTUNITY FOR REMOTE WORK Description The Account Specialist will be responsible for overseeing account enrollment processes, managing transactions, and providing crucial support in billing operations. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for account enrollments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Handle transaction management, maintaining meticulous records and efficient processes. - Provide essential support in billing operations. - Perform administrative and project tasks with precision and care. - Contribute to optimizing processes and supporting operational goals. - Customer service support - Assist customers with account inquiries, billing, and enrollment. - Process claims, contractor invoices, and fulfillment requests. - Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. - Maintain accurate account records and follow established policies. - Participate in training and development programs for customer service. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Coral Gables, FL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
