Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

If you like talking to customers, staying organized, and making sure sales get across the finish line, you'll fit right in. This Sales Representative role in Columbia is calling your name.

What You'll Actually Do

Sell health products to new prospects and existing members. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and quality targets. Obtain and maintain a State Health Insurance License (must pass exam). Clearly explain health plan options and guidelines. Follow up on leads and inquiries via phone. Demonstrate strong communication, punctuality, and teamwork.

This Role Is a Good Fit If You

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of previous sales or call center experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Excellent verbal communication skills and phone presence
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
