Reach Truck Operator

Pay Rate: $18.84/hour

Shifts: Monday - Thursday | 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely load and unload products using reach trucks and forklifts, ensuring precise transport to storage areas, machines, and loading docks.
• Maintain forklift equipment by storing, fueling, cleaning, and performing light maintenance.
• Use RF scanners to accurately manage inventory and update records.
• Efficiently load Full Truck Load (FTL) and Less Than Truck Load (LTL) trucks.
• Stack, organize and move large bulk items within the facility.
• Ensure accuracy and proper documentation of product shipments.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (bilingual skills a plus)
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Basic numeracy for product identification
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Lift and move objects over 50 pounds regularly.
• Perform manual tasks including dexterity, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and climbing.
• Visual acuity including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• Work in a warehouse/distribution center with occasional outdoor exposure, including fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration, and loud noise
