Your Tasks

  • Support the scheduling, coordination, and resource allocation of OTA/RF testing activities to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate test reports in alignment with customer expectations and internal quality standards.
  • Maintain operational excellence by monitoring KPIs such as report lead times, documentation accuracy, and resource utilization.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial and Technical Teams to resolve technical issues and address customer inquiries for current and upcoming projects.
  • Contribute to capital equipment assessments and support the development of new testing capabilities and service offerings.
  • Uphold all Quality and Accreditation requirements, ensuring noncompliances are identified, communicated, and resolved promptly.
  • Support knowledge sharing by mentoring and training OTA technical and administrative team members.


Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of handson experience in OTA/RF testing environments.
  • Strong understanding of RF disciplines, antenna behavior, and OTA test principles.
  • Practical experience performing both active and passive antenna testing.
  • Ability to independently execute complex OTA test projects, including those for OEM clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with CTIA OTA Test Methodologies, CTIA working groups, audit requirements, and relevant 3GPP/ETSI standards.
  • Experience working within ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory quality frameworks.
  • Ability to contribute to CAPEX recommendations based on industry trends and emerging wireless technologies.

Additional Information


  • The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $80,000 - 130,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.

  • This role may involve direct communication with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Travel may be required depending on project needs.
