We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to lead hourly manufacturing teams in a fast-paced production environment. This supervisory role offers hands-on training, leadership development, and long-term career growth within advanced manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is resilient, detail-oriented, and committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations, organize workflows, and ensure production goals are met while maintaining high standards for safety and product quality. You will coach and develop team members, verify standardized work, and ensure production lines operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with workplace policies and labor agreements. This role requires strong servant leadership, accountability, and the ability to build positive working relationships with hourly employees, union representatives, and management.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Supervise and support hourly production teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets
  • Monitor manufacturing processes and address issues in real time
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Administer collective bargaining agreements consistently and professionally



Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends



Preferred:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in safety, quality, or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
  • Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment
