- Define, instrument, and monitor KPIs; use data to prioritize and justify product decisions.
- Use analytics and BI tools to perform cohort, funnel, and retention analyses; build and maintain
dashboards for stakeholders.
- Leverage AI/ML capabilities to improve personalization, identity resolution, content recommendations,
fraud detection, and member verification processes.
- Support commercial and sales-led custom requirements as needed.
- Provide consultative product expertise for internal stakeholders and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent
experience.
- Demonstrated product management experience for consumer or professional digital products (web
and mobile).
- Strong analytics and data analysis skills: comfortable with SQL, experimentation frameworks, BI tools
(Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar), and interpreting large datasets.
- Practical experience defining and tracking product KPIs and running hypothesis-driven experiments.
- Basic applied AI/ML experience: familiarity with model types (recommendation, classification, ranking),
working with data science teams, and applying models to personalization, identity matching, or
verification.
- Proven ability to write clear product requirements, user stories, and wireframes; able to visualize UX
and collaborate with designers.
- Excellent communication skills across business and technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical marketing, medical information, or agency environments.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), identity resolution platforms, and marketing
automation.
- Hands-on familiarity with modern AI tooling (LLMs, embeddings, feature stores) or leading integration
of AI-driven features.)
- Experience with ad-driven and commercial web experiences.
- Prior experience working on global products and validating professional credentials (e.g., physician
