Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control activities within a new construction data center environment. The position ensures that all installation and production processes meet established quality standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines. The individual will work closely with on-site management and project teams to identify issues, drive continuous improvement, and maintain accurate quality documentation while supporting a fast-paced construction schedule.

Job Responsibilities




  • Inspect procedures, specifications, methods, and results related to production and installation activities.



  • Review project and task records for accuracy and completeness prior to submission to clients.



  • Ensure the most current corporate quality procedures and client installation standards are consistently applied.



  • Investigate and resolve client quality complaints in a timely and professional manner.



  • Evaluate new materials prior to approval for field installation.



  • Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and procedures.



  • Provide customer-focused service that is responsive, flexible, and cost effective.



  • Support demand planning efforts and contribute to effective project scheduling.



  • Prepare and deliver timely reports and analysis of key quality trends for management.



  • Apply and promote quality best practices across all project activities.



  • Comply with all safety rules, procedures, guidelines, and company policies.



  • Deliver quality-focused training to employees as required.



  • Provide daily and weekly updates to on-site management regarding QA/QC issues.



  • Maintain quality issues within the Quality Management System (QMS).



  • Track updates and ensure proper closeout of all open quality issues.



  • Conduct visual inspections throughout assigned spaces.



  • Complete visual inspection checklists and upload documentation to the QMS repository.




Job Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, process management, operations, or a related field.



  • Minimum of five years of experience in process optimization, operations, quality assurance, or business management.



  • Professional certification such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor preferred.



  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.



  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify weaknesses in processes and organizational structures.



  • Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.



  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.



  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.



  • Ability to lead and support organizational change initiatives.




Education




  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline as outlined above.




Work Experience




  • Five or more years of relevant experience in quality, operations, or process improvement roles.
