ROLE SUMMARY The Chief Digital Officer will define and lead the enterprise-wide digital strategy for First Financial Bank, advancing our position as a nationally recognized digital banking innovator. This executive will own the vision, development, and performance of our digital platforms, ensuring worldclass customer experiences, operational efficiency, and measurable business impact. The CDO will anticipate emerging industry, AI, customer behavior, and regulatory trends; modernize our digital ecosystem; and drive a culture of continuous innovation, experimentation, and modernization across the enterprise.
