As an Access Control Officer at a busy food and beverage location, you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and complete routine patrols of assigned areas. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, access control procedures, and site-specific policies within a food and beverage production location.
• Control entry and exit at designated access points by checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, verifying appointments and/or delivery documentation, and directing traffic flow as needed.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and communication channels for security-related concerns, documenting activity and reporting issues per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications and supporting emergency response activities as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas such as entrances, parking areas, and perimeter lines, noting irregular conditions and reporting findings per procedure.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
