THE POSITION

Are you a seasoned Project Manager eager to take on a new set of challenges? The Office of Administration (OA), Enterprise Technology Services Office (ETSO), is seeking a dynamic leader to plan and direct critical infrastructure projects to support the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the Delivery Center. In this role you will drive projects from concept to completion, coordinating closely with Delivery Center and enterprise partners to ensure seamless execution while proactively managing risk. DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Project Manager 2, you will be providing strategic oversight and governance for the ETSO project portfolio, ensuring alignment with the OA, Office of Information Technology (OIT) and enterprise IT strategic goals, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the CTO, ETSO leadership, and stakeholders across Delivery Centers, agencies, and vendors to drive successful execution of enterprise and ETSO initiatives. Work involves establishing and enforcing standardized project management practices, governance frameworks, and reporting mechanisms to support transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making. You will also be responsible for leading enterprise-level projects, managing stakeholder communications, and serving as the primary point of contact for project-related issues and resolution.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
  • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.
  • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • Two years of experience as a Business Analyst 4; or
  • Two years of experience as a Project Manager 1; or
  • Four years of experience in leading IT systems development or implementation projects and a bachelor's degree; or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes four years of experience in leading IT systems development or implementation projects.

Additional Requirements:

  • You must possess at least four years of experience leading complex cross-functional IT projects.
  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.

  • You must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.
