YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

As an IT Business Analyst III, you'll lead highvisibility analytics projects, create intuitive data visualizations, and improve the way the organization uses data to make decisions. You'll turn complex information into clear insights, helping teams work smarter and faster.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Analytics & Visualization

  • Build and enhance dashboards, reports, and data tools using Power BI.

  • Analyze data and turn it into visuals that tell a clear story-charts, maps, interactive dashboards, and more.

  • Help leaders define meaningful KPIs and metrics that drive results.

  • Document data models, dashboards, and reporting structures.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Spot opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and reduce manual work.

  • Test new ideas through pilots and simulations.

  • Collaborate with IT to strengthen data architecture and analytics tools.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with teams across operations, accounting, IT, and leadership to understand needs and deliver insights.

  • Present findings to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

  • Mentor junior report analysts and support a culture of data literacy.

Data Quality & Governance

  • Troubleshoot data issues and help define standards for reporting and visualization.

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all data products.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay current with new technologies in automation, AI/ML, and analytics.

  • Proactively recommend tools and solutions that improve decisionmaking and efficiency.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Five or more years in analytics, reporting, business intelligence.

  • Strong skills in Power BI.

  • SQL and data modeling experience; Python or R preferred.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills-experience making data easy to understand.

  • Project leadership experience and comfort working across teams.

Desired Attributes

  • Experience working with Business Analysts.

  • Background in utilities or construction industries is a plus.

  • Adaptable, selfmotivated, and detailoriented.

  • Creative problem solver with leadership potential.

  • Enjoys sharing knowledge and lifting others up.

  • Bachelor's degree in a data, engineering, math, or technologyrelated field.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning

  • Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

  • Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.

Pay Range

$119,600.00-$156,900.00 Annual

The pay range for this role is what we expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Candidate's pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
