Starting pay is $25.78/hr, increasing to $28.64/hr after training (Paid weekly + annual bonus + $0.35 shift differential)

Hours


Night Shift 6:40pm - 5:10am Monday - Thursday + OT


JOB Summary: Operate machines to make high quality recycled cardboard products for Hexacomb in a safe and efficient manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS



  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be able to read at an acceptable level.
  • Must be able to do basic math including multiplication and division.
  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Follow all safety rules and policies, make suggestions to improve safety and look out for fellow employee's safety. Work to improve our safety culture.
  • Set up and run the machine, including loading, and unloading rolls of paper, calibrating raw goods, and staging finished racks.
  • Learn to safely operate the forklift and clamp truck
  • Log data into the computer and move product through the system
  • Assist other departments when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS




  • Starting salary for position: $25.78 per hour with an increase to $28.64 after successful training.
  • Bonus: Annual - Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.
