Job Title: Operations Coordinator - Hyperscale Department Job Summary We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our Hyperscale Department in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing a wide range of operational and administrative tasks, including purchase order processing, vendor onboarding, office and facilities support, data entry, and material procurement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a collaborative, operations-driven setting. Key Responsibilities * Prepare, submit, and track purchase orders and related documentation to ensure accuracy and timely processing * Coordinate and manage vendor onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with internal requirements and timely approvals * Monitor and maintain office supplies and facilities; coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed * Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintain organized operational records and files * Assist with ordering, tracking, and coordinating delivery of materials and equipment for ongoing projects * Provide general clerical and administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation * Collaborate with internal departments to support effective communication and smooth operational workflows * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal systems, tools, and processes related to hyperscale operations Required Skills & Qualifications * Experience with Accounts Payable in the Construction industry * Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency with data entry, document management, and general administrative processes * Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications * Experience in a hyperscale, construction, or technology-driven environment * Familiarity with vendor onboarding systems or compliance requirements * Basic understanding of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain processes Work Environment * In-office role Business Drivers / Customer Impact * Supports significant organizational growth by providing additional operational and procurement support to expanding teams Why This Position Is Open * Increased growth and workload within procurement and operations teams has created the need for additional support Employee Value Proposition (EVP) You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of operations while gaining exposure to a fast-growing, high-impact hyperscale environment.
