Job Title: Mail Production Specialist Experience Level: Entry Level Location: Farmington, MO (Onsite) Assignment Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST (40 hours/week, with mandatory overtime as required) Key Responsibilities * Open, sort, and prepare incoming correspondence. * Scan and image incoming documents. * Record specified incoming documents accurately. * File imaged claims, appeals, adjustments, and inferior quality imaged claims appropriately. * Generate and mail correspondence related to submission errors. * Lift and move totes weighing 35-40 pounds. * Meet established production and quality standards. * Mandatory overtime as required to meet business needs. Education & Experience * Required: High School diploma or equivalent. * Preferred: 3 months - 1 year of production-related experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. * Team-oriented mindset with willingness to assist colleagues. * Physical ability to lift and move heavy totes. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Farmington, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
