About the Team

Our Robotics team is focused on unlocking general-purpose robotics and pushing towards AGI-level intelligence in dynamic, real-world settings. Working across the entire model stack, we integrate cutting-edge hardware and software to explore a broad range of robotic form factors. We strive to seamlessly blend high-level AI capabilities with the constraints of physical systems to improve peoples' lives.

About the Role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will support inbound material flow and day-to-day logistics operations for Robotics. You will help ensure purchase orders, shipments, and deliveries are tracked accurately and arrive on time to the correct destination. This role plays a key coordination function across vendors, freight forwarders, engineering, and internal operations teams.

The scope of this role spans execution-focused logistics coordination through more independent ownership of inbound shipments and vendor communication, depending on experience. You will work within established processes while helping improve visibility, reliability, and accuracy as operations scale.

This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and requires in-person work five days per week.

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain trackers for open purchase orders, inbound shipments, and expected delivery dates.

  • Follow up with vendors to confirm shipment readiness, estimated ship dates, and release status.

  • Verify shipment details such as quantities, packaging, destinations, incoterms, and required documentation.

  • Coordinate pickups and deliveries with freight forwarders and logistics partners.

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure shipments are routed to the correct warehouse or receiving location.

  • Provide engineering and operations teams with visibility into material arrival timing to support planning.

  • Flag delays, discrepancies, or risks and escalate appropriately.

  • Ensure shipment data is accurate and aligned across internal systems and trackers.

  • Support reporting on inbound shipments, delays, and material flow.

You might thrive in this role if you:

  • Are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple open items and shifting priorities

  • Are comfortable working in spreadsheets or basic tracking systems

  • Communicate clearly with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams

  • Follow through on tasks and escalate issues when information is missing or timelines change

  • Enjoy supporting cross-functional teams in an operational, execution-focused environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with freight forwarders or international shipments

  • Familiarity with incoterms, shipping documentation, or customs processes

  • Experience supporting hardware, engineering, manufacturing, or operations teams
