Sr. Business Process Analyst (AI/ Talent)
Overview As a Senior Process Analyst (AI/Talent ), you will play a key role in delivering meaningful support to talentrelated processes and the systems and analytics that enable them. You will own discrete workstreams, lead crossfunctional process discovery and design efforts, and partner closely with business and technology teams to translate insight into execution. This role is suited for a handson, adaptable problem solver who is comfortable working across ambiguity, rolling up their sleeves to get work done, and adjusting approach as priorities evolve. You will balance structured process rigor with practical execution in a dynamic, fastmoving environment. Responsibilities
Lead process discovery, mapping, and analysis for assigned talentrelated process areas, developing a deep understanding of currentstate operations and improvement opportunities.
