How will you power what's possible? Job Summary
Location: Atlanta Battery and Corporate office, Carrollton, GA Develops and executes People & Culture (P&C) strategies and initiatives at a complex site/business unit that align with organizational goals and values. Ensures a strategic approach to P&C planning, policy development, talent management, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Partners with leadership and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive performance, growth, and compliance across all P&C functions. Key Responsibilities
Required Education & Experience
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Years of Experience: 8-11 Years Field of Expertise: Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP SPHR, PHR) Accomplished People & Culture professional with a strong track record in building meaningful relationships, driving organizational change, and providing strategic guidance. Highly skilled in decision making and exercising sound judgment, with demonstrated success collaborating effectively across all levels of an organization. Preferred Education & Experience
Minimum Education Level: Master's Degree Specialized Degree: None Licenses/Certificates: Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) Years of Experience: 12-14 Years Field of Expertise: Manufacturing and/or Distribution; relevant industry experience Spans of Control
