What You'll Do

Design, configure, and commission advanced HVAC building control systems and related low-voltage subsystems (lighting, nurse call, data networks). Ensure quality, efficiency, and functionality from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Create flow diagrams, sequences of operation, schematics, and material lists
  • Develop and test control software to meet project specs
  • Coordinate submittals, equipment schedules, and installation drawings
  • Select, order, and track materials
  • Support system commissioning and troubleshoot issues
  • Provide field updates for as-built documentation
  • Delivering site-specific training to customers
  • Ensure safety and performance standards are met

What You Bring

  • Bachelors in engineering + 3 years' experience
  • Strong HVAC and building automation knowledge
  • Experience with control theory and protocols (BACnet, LON, etc.)
  • Skilled in technical communication and CAD tools

Hiring Compensation Range: 68,000.00 -93,000.00 USD Annual. (Annual rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
