  • Maintain and continuously improve workflows, templates, and reporting within the CLM platform.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams-including Sales, Credit, Pricing, and Fleet/Operations-to support efficient and compliant contract execution.

  • Participate in division-specific projects, many of which focus on process improvement, automation, and system optimization.

  • Support special projects related to legal technology adoption, operational efficiency, and scalable legal processes.

  • Exercise sound judgment in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand legal environment.

  • Must have proven critical thinking skills and must be resourceful.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Candidates with 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience administering CLM platforms (e.g., DocuSign CLM) in lieu of some years of traditional paralegal experience will be considered.

  • Hands-on experience with CLM systems (e.g., DocuSign CLM, Ironclad, or similar).

  • Exposure to Salesforce, CLM reporting, or legal analytics tools.
