About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented, energetic, resourceful and forward-thinking Paralegal to join our Legal Operations team. This role supports a wide range of corporate legal functions, including contract drafting, litigation coordination, and division-specific process improvement initiatives. Legal Operations plays a key role in modernizing how legal services are delivered across the company, and the ideal candidate is curious, comfortable working in various legal software tools, and motivated to find smarter and more efficient ways to get work done-particularly through automation and technology. This role is well suited for candidates with familiarity with fleet-focused business and/or an interest in expanding their impact through Legal Operations. What You'll Do

Location: Owings Mills, MD The hiring base salary range for this position is $101,900 - $140,140 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
