Job Description:
1.0Job Duties:
Coordinates activities involved in the planning and implementation of trade shows and events by performing the following duties.

* Helps write and coordinate production of trade show literature/handouts.
* Assist in management of hotel room blocks, show registration and customer invite lists
* Run reports on event attendance and communicate results to relevant parties.
* Coordination with other Client sites, US and France, suppliers, hotels and contractors on participation and events
* Processing orders for catering, audio-visual and promotional items
* Completes necessary documentation including contracts, payments, and correspondence; and makes sure deadlines are met.
* Coordinates packing, transportation and delivery of display booth and materials.
* Coordinate the schedule for booth personnel.
* Works with contractors and trade show management to resolve problems.

2.0 Requirements:
* Communication, tradeshow, event management experience a plus but not required.
* Intermediate Level - Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS; Sharepoint
* Interpersonal skills adapted to the unique requirements of the organization.

3.0 Physical Requirements:
Office
* While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
* The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
* The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
* The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
* The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
