STV's Systems team is seeking a Transit Operations Specialist in our Philadelphia office to support planning, analysis, and operational readiness efforts for rail and bus transit systems across the country. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer or transportation planner who is passionate about transit operations and interested in developing hands-on experience in service planning, operational modeling, financial analysis, and rail system performance. You'll work alongside experienced operations leaders and subject matter experts while contributing directly to real-world transit programs and consulting engagements. The role combines technical analysis with practical operations strategy and offers strong growth and mentorship within STV's nationally recognized transit practice. Responsibilities:
