Position Title: Marketing Technical Administrator FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Reports to: Director of Digital Marketing Location: Tyler - On Site Job Summary: The Marketing Technical Administrator serves as the operational and technical administrator of the Bank's Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) platform and related marketing systems. Success in the position requires a balance of technical proficiency, operational discipline, and service-oriented mindset. This is an on-site position based in Tyler, TX. Essential Functions:
- Ensures the CRM functions as a reliable, accurate, and scalable engine that supports sales, service, and marketing across the organization.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for CRM service and support.
- Manages system maintenance, data integrity, reporting, automation, and integration monitoring.
- Supports digital marketing execution through website updates, form administration and data analysis, and translating complex data in actionable insights.
- Maintains customer complaint records, Google Review documentation, social media analytics, online banking and mobile app messaging.
- Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive Bank information.
- Maintains a positive and caring atmosphere for customers and employees consistent with Southside Bank's mission, CORE Values, and Blue Book culture guide.
- Provides enthusiastic, professional, and courteous service to Southside Bank customers and employees.
- Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Understands and agrees to abide by the policies and procedures established at Southside Bank.
- Responsible for complying with audit policies and procedures as they pertain to this position.
- Performs duties in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and related anti-money laundering laws, and in accordance with the Bank's Information Security Program.
- Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Participates in special projects as assigned.
- Complies with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.

Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in CRM administration, marketing operations or similar technical marketing role.
- Hands-on experience administering a CRM platform preferred.
- Experience building and scheduling reports / dashboards preferred.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and performance reporting preferred.
- Familiarity with API integrations and monitoring.
- Familiarity with data privacy, governance and compliance considerations a plus.
Working Conditions/Environment:
- Must be able to lift 20-30lb paper boxes
- Some travel required
- Must be willing to work in Tyler, TX
Physical Activity/Dexterity:
- Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with fingers. Works with fingers and perceives attributes of objects and materials.
Physical Environment Demands:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time.
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to visit other offices, conference rooms, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and telephone.
- Must be able to transport 20-30-pound paper boxes within the office.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with other people throughout each day. Must be able to exchange accurate information when conversing.
Working Conditions/Environment:
- Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
- Moderate noise (e.g. business office with computers and printers, light traffic).
Work Schedule/Hours:
- Monday through Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm.
- Available for overtime, as needed.
