About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly capable, self-driven Sales Enablement Marketer to support Machinify's next phase of growth as we evolve from a services-led business into a unified, scalable technology platform.

This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product. You will be responsible for creating high-impact sales enablement assets that clearly articulate how Machinify is transforming healthcare payment with its AI-powered operating system. While this role does not own sales strategy or sales execution, it plays a critical role in equipping customer-facing teams with compelling, accurate, and credible materials that move deals forward.

What You'll Do

Identify, Prioritize, and Maintain Sales Collateral

  • Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to identify gaps and opportunities in sales enablement materials across the buyer journey
  • Prioritize collateral needs and align on a clear roadmap with key stakeholders
  • Own the upkeep and accuracy of sales materials as products evolve, including establishing process for version control with the Sales team

Frame the Narrative and Develop High-Impact Assets

  • Collaborate closely with Sales to storyboard and produce pitch decks, with design support from the creative team
  • Translate complex, technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives tailored to healthcare executive audiences
  • Develop one-pagers, sell sheets, and feature overviews that support core use cases and buying scenarios
  • Interview customers and internal stakeholders to produce compelling case studies that demonstrate impact and credibility while respecting confidentiality requirements

Support Go-to-Market Execution

  • Customize and adapt core assets for different audiences, segments, and channels
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, positioning, and quality across all sales-facing materials
  • Gather feedback from Sales and Product Marketing to continuously improve asset effectiveness and usability

  • Experience working with or on a B2B sales team
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint deck development, with a focus on storyboarding, structure, and message clarity

Nice to Have:

  • Product marketing experience
  • Familiarity with healthcare, health plans, or enterprise SaaS environments

Personal Attributes:

  • Credible, Customer-Focused Storytelling: You balance ambition with accuracy, crafting defensible, trustworthy narratives suited to high-stakes healthcare decisions.
  • High Ownership, Low Ego & Strong Collaboration: You jump in wherever needed, seek truth over credit, and prioritize outcomes over optics.
  • Clarity Obsessed: You have a strong instinct for simplifying complexity into language that moves decisions and reduces friction.
  • Efficient and Fast-Moving: You deliver quickly without sacrificing quality, and accurately estimate effort to proactively manage expectations
