This opportunity as a Technical Analyst III - Systems Integration offers a pivotal role in shaping enterprise API integration. You'll productize APIs, enhance design and security, and empower teammates and customers through resilient, customer-centric technology. The position involves close collaboration with business and engineering teams, translating requirements into reliable API products, and leveraging AI in a modern delivery ecosystem.

How You'll Spend Your Time

What You'll Achieve

  • Accelerate the adoption of enterprise APIs by partnering with lines of business and engineering teams to drive integration into applications and platforms.
  • Move API capabilities from discovery to release by collaborating across Agile teams and stakeholders to turn needs into delivered API products aligned to roadmap priorities.
  • Improve integration reliability by analyzing crosssystem dependencies, identifying gaps early, and enabling seamless integration across environments.
  • Raise consistency and governance by applying enterprise standards, architecture methodology, and serviceoriented policies so APIs scale safely and predictably.
  • Enable discoverability and selfservice by supporting developerfriendly experiences that help teams find documentation, understand APIs, and integrate with confidence.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with a Technical Product Owner to execute work aligned to a digital product roadmap.
  • Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, facilitate refinement sessions, and align teams on shared solution intent.
  • Balance tradeoffs across business goals, user experience, technical considerations, and delivery timelines.
  • Produce business and functional requirements for simple complex initiatives and support planning, testing, and deployment of solutions.
  • Mentor and support other analysts through collaboration, guidance, and shared problemsolving.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science or related field of study and 5+ years of directly related experience in Technical Analysis, Data Analytics, or Bank Operations or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated capability and learning agility are highly valued.

  • Experienced technical understanding of single application data flows across multiple applications, software integration, system integration, and technology used.
  • Proficiency in RDBMS principles and tools, tiered environments (e.g., development, testing, UAT, production, DR), and application disaster recovery.
  • Strong SQL query skills and knowledge of IT and IS standards and concepts.
  • Ability to conduct fit-gap analysis and provide resolutions to moderately complex problems.
  • Well-developed project management skills, including knowledge of project management methodologies, quality/testing methodologies, and IT lifecycle governance.
  • Excellent collaborative skills, including oral and written communication skills to effectively represent oneself and the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and build healthy working partnerships with clients, vendors and peers.
  • Agile & scrum experience in software development
