JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist in helping customers in the Parts Order Status telephone queue.
  • Manage, review, and update vendor invoices in Exflow.
  • Serve as the main backup for the Admin / Back-order team.
  • Handle supply ordering as needed.
  • Daily Tracking and ensuring proper billing of inbound / outbound freight.
  • Process the cash log and register.
  • Reduce and maintain the abandoned call rate to meet company goals in abandoned call percentage.
  • Assist Corporate Administration Manager, Customer Care Manager and/or Inventory Control Manager as needed to conduct daily business tasks.
  • Maintain and monitor Novelty Store Inventory and replenishment for Piscataway and Branches as needed.
  • Picking exceptions for Warehouse.
  • Assist in helping customers at the Parts Office COD window. Includes processing payments for COD orders and entering all COD notes in D365 for counter documents as needed.
  • Additional duties may be assigned to help expand your skills and contribute to evolving business needs.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience is preferred and/or equivalent combination of training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, and other related software.
  • Working knowledge of electronic office tools, which includes word processing, spreadsheets, e-mails, presentations, and cash registers.
