Description

What you will do



  • Sources and closes new lending opportunities from their own business network and other marketing channels, while developing and maintaining successful relationships.
  • Interviews prospective borrowers in order to analyze financial and credit data, and determine customer financing objectives as well as general creditworthiness.
  • Inspects CRE properties to help evaluate collateral value and to provide the company with ground level due diligence.
  • Advises customers of product/pricing policies and guidelines, and gathers any additional required information.
  • Ensures exceptional customer experience by overseeing loan process from origination to close while adhering to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Reviews development plans, construction agreements, sales contracts, and LOI's in the course of pre-qualifying bridge loan opportunities.
  • Prepares PowerPoint slide deck presentations (e.g. Investment Memorandums, Asset Summary Reports, Senior Leadership Presentations, etc.)
  • Manages accuracy of loan origination pipeline(s) and identifies trends in asset performance.
  • Achieves established production goals.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to professional ethics, complying with all Federal and State compliance policies.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree Required and
  • MBA Preferred
  • 1-3 years in commercial loan originations or financial services Required
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at a minimum).
  • Requires a self-motivated, team player who pays close attention to detail and demonstrates strong customer service skills, while adhering to demanding timelines.
  • Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and industry professionals.
  • Active NMLS license Preferred
