1st (6 am) and 3rd shift (8 pm)

Summary of Primary Functions: Haul materials and supplies with a lift truck (Bobcat) that are too heavy or too bulky to be handled manually. Maintain general housekeeping of the plant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: All employees must follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe work environment and the production of high-quality products.

  • Operate Bobcat to deliver Styrofoam insulation, wood, and steel forms, and other bulky materials to production beds as needed.

  • Load strand cages and move to beds, and pull the wire wagon alongside production beds as needed.

  • Transport vibratracs to and from bed and scrape outside of QC Lab daily

  • Wash screeds daily.

  • Dispose of piled trash, wood, insulation, strands, rubble, etc. and clean production areas using scrape bucket and power sweeper.

  • Off load trucks for Material Control as needed.

  • Dump trash, waste materials, etc. from dumpsters daily.

  • Pull the magnet through the roadways daily or as the weather permits.

  • Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by the supervisor.

Job Specifications or Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
