A Taste of What You'll Do

Join our team as a Machine Operator and grow your skills in a supportive, safety-first environment. You'll learn to operate and set up packaging equipment, perform machine changeovers, monitor production, and carry out routine sanitation and preventative maintenance tasks. No prior experience with industrial machinery is required-training and hands-on coaching are provided to help you build confidence with HMI controls, tank sanitation, sampling, and line operations.

You'll be part of a collaborative production team that values quality, continuous improvement, and clear communication. Daily responsibilities include quality checks, production reporting, housekeeping to maintain food safety standards, and following safe operating procedures. We encourage team members to contribute ideas for standard work, job aids, and process improvements so we can all work smarter and safer together.

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate, plus one 1 year of beverage production or manufacturing experience.
  • Required to learn and successfully pass skills demonstrations tests, earning a minimum of 3 skills within 24 months from hire.
  • Required to be physically capable of executing any job tasks within the facility.
  • Required to lift, roll and carry up to 60 pounds.
  • Required to work overtime as needed.
  • Required to work assigned shift.
  • Required to wear a respirator when necessary.
  • Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
  • Required to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Required to comply with company GMP policies.
  • Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
  • Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
  • Basic knowledge of data entry into production/quality systems.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
