The HR Corporate Recruiter / HR Generalist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities while also supporting a range of HR generalist functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and employees to attract top talent, support employee lifecycle processes, and help ensure HR policies, programs, and practices are consistently applied across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and operational roles, from intake to offer and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Draft and post job advertisements, screen applications, and conduct interviews
  • Coordinate interview processes and provide a positive candidate experience
  • Manage relationships with external recruiters, job boards, and other talent partners
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports

HR Generalist Responsibilities

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions and provide first-line HR support
  • Assist with HR administration, including maintaining employee records and HR systems
  • Support performance management, annual review cycles, and employee development initiatives
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and internal communications
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR projects
  • Ensure HR practices comply with applicable labor laws and internal guidelines
  • Perform other duties as required and assigned related to Workers Compensation, DOT/JJ Keller Administration, OSHA reporting and training schedules

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
  • 3-6 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting with exposure to HR generalist activity
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and employee lifecycle processes
  • Knowledge of labor law and HR compliance relevant to the organization's operating locations
  • Experience working with ATS (ADP), SAP
  • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to multi-task, handle a high volume of work, meet deadlines
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong detail orientation
  • SHRM certification a plus
