Position Title: Human Resources Generalist
Wage: Based on Experience We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist for our manufacturing client in Bonduel, WI. This is the sole HR support to oversee HR operations and serve as a key resource for employees and leadership. This role supports recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and HR systems while helping maintain a positive workplace culture. This is a full-time, direct hire, onsite position that offers a flexible M-F daytime schedule. A competitive salary and benefits package is offered. Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities: - Assist with recruiting, job postings, applicant screening, interviews, and onboarding - Coordinate timekeeping data and support payroll processing - Administer employee benefits, enrollments, and respond to routine benefits questions - Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters - Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws - Support training initiatives, HR reporting, audits, and HRIS data management Requirements for Human Resources Generalist: - 1+ years of HR or related administrative experience - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field a plus - Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills - High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information - HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) a plus IND345 | |
