About the Role:

As a Business Intelligence / Data Analyst Lead with a focus on Power BI development and Microsoft technologies, you will set the vision for advanced HR analytics and business insight solutions. Your expertise in data visualization, data structures, and Microsoft platforms will enable the team to drive impactful business decisions and elevate people analytics across the organization.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Design, build, and enhance BI dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure.
  • Develop and maintain scalable data architectures leveraging Microsoft SQL Server and cloud-based data platforms.
  • Deliver advanced HR analytics and actionable insights that inform workforce planning and strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR data needs and translate requirements into clear, visual analytics products.
  • Optimize business intelligence workflows for performance, automation, and data integrity.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in developing predictive models and reporting solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, quality, and security protocols.
  • Present complex analytics results and business cases through compelling data visualizations.
  • Mentor and guide team members in best practices for BI development and technical skills.
  • Continuously monitor emerging trends and tools in BI and Microsoft ecosystems.

What You Will Need:

  • University degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server (including SSIS/SSRS), Azure, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Advanced visualization skills and experience building end-to-end dashboard solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, relational databases, and ETL processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR analytics and delivering business insights from people data.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.

Added Bonus if You Have:

  • Experience integrating with additional HR systems or cloud data platforms.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics tools (e.g., Python, R).
  • Background in workforce planning or people analytics strategy.
  • Recognized industry contributions or public speaking in BI/HR analytics forums.
  • Graphics design skills or experience developing visually compelling analytics assets.
  • Proficiency in HTML5 for custom dashboard enhancements
