Your Tasks

  • Act as a strategic partner to assigned business units, advising on peoplerelated matters and supporting the achievement of business goals.
  • Support performance cycles, including goal setting, feedback discussions, and employee development initiatives.
  • Lead the employee exit process, collect feedback, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve employee experience.
  • Partner with leaders to plan workforce needs, identify skill gaps, and support succession planning.
  • Promote equitable growth and career development opportunities across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the DEI team on inclusive hiring and development initiatives, including trainings and employee resource groups.
  • Support organizational changes with clear communication and strong employee engagement.
  • Use peoplerelated data and metrics to identify opportunities, inform decisions, and improve People Department programs.


Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a People Business Partner or in a comparable HR role.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Practical knowledge of employment laws and regulations (e.g., EEO, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, FLSA, HIPAA).
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, influence leaders, and navigate complex situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Ability to analyze peoplerelated data and leverage insights for recommendations.
  • Preferred:

    • HR certification, such as PHR, SHRMCP, or CCP.
    • Experience in a professional services or matrixed organization.
    • Familiarity with international HR practices or global mobility topics.

Additional Information


  • The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $80,000 - 90,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.

  • This is a full-time, temporary position with an expected duration of 6 months.
  • This role may require occasional travel to local business sites.
  • The position supports multiple business units and requires strong collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
