Position Description

The Recruiter II independently manages full-cycle recruiting for a diverse set of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver timely, high-quality hires. This role brings advanced sourcing expertise, sound hiring judgment, and a consultative approach to talent acquisition. The position operates with increased autonomy and plays a key role in improving recruiting outcomes and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, social platforms, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit.
  • Manage interview processes, provide guidance to interviewers, and ensure timely feedback and decisions.
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with employment laws, internal policies, and EEO requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date requisition and candidate data in applicant tracking systems.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate flow to identify improvement opportunities.
Required Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with increasing responsibility and independence.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels and role types.
  • Proven experience conducting structured interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance considerations related to hiring.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
