Position Description

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our team of skilled professional recruiters and support staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and adjusting innovative sourcing strategies to meet our scalable workforce needs. This role is crucial in ensuring we attract and retain top talent to support our company's growth and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and support staff.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
  • Set clear goals and performance expectations for the talent acquisition team.

Strategy & Sourcing

  • Design, implement, and continuously refine comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry contacts, to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize sourcing strategies.

Recruitment & Operations

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand current and future staffing needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the business on all matters related to talent acquisition.
Required Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful sourcing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry.
  • Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors
