RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Work with an assigned mentor and professionals across the organization to gain direct, hands-on experience in marketing.
  • Prepare a project/business plan on a specific subject matter; present work before leadership teams. Specific subject will be determined in collaboration with your mentor.
  • Assist with market, industry, and competitive research to support marketing strategies and campaign execution.
  • Support social media initiatives and help organize sales and marketing materials to improve team efficiency.
  • Assist with internal events, activations, sponsorships, and partnership programs, including professional sports and motorsports.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Junior or Senior currently enrolled in a related field of study at an accredited educational institution
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Previous internship experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with solid computer proficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal supervision; ability to problem solve, learn quickly and confidently shape the direction of a project
  • Proficient and active in social media channels; ability to interact in the space immediately
